Felicetti, a family-owned pasta company founded in 1908 in the Italian Alps, has been crafting the finest pasta for four generations. Their commitment to environmental responsibility is a core value, as they use only pure water and air from the land in their pasta-making process. This tradition is one of the reasons their pasta is sought after by world-class chefs.

To create their Monograno line, Felicetti uses three different single, mono-varietal wheats: Kamut and Farro, which are ancient grains originating thousands of years ago in Egypt and the Middle East, and Matt, a modern heritage grain. Farro, a variety of durum wheat, traces its roots back to the Fertile Crescent and was brought to Italy by early sailors, becoming a staple of the Roman empire.

Farro is a single ancient grain durum wheat that has been largely unchanged by breeding, hybridization, or modification. When cooked, it releases a delicate fragrance of mace, fresh hazelnut, and eggplant, and tastes of crispy bread and peanut butter with a light finish of jujube berries.

Monograno Felicetti has a reputation as one of the premier pastas in Italy, known for its exceptional flavor and ability to maintain an al dente texture beyond the cooking time. Used by Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Italy and the world, Felicetti's pasta is the result of four generations of artisanal pasta-making expertise.

The Felicetti family's passion for cooking has never diminished, and their commitment to environmentally responsible practices is a testament to their dedication to producing the highest-quality pasta. Their pursuit of perfection is evident in the al dente texture of their pasta, which never overcooks, sticks, or boils over, making it the perfect choice for home cooks and professional chefs alike.
